We are writing to you today to inform you that new features will become available within MyTreasur-e.com with the release of version 3.2 scheduled for Friday the 17th of October 2014. The development team has been busy and we are excited to deliver version 3.2 packed with great new features.

You will now be able to create multiple dashboards that load automatically when you sign in to MyTreasure.com
From within your dashboard, you can, add and configure existing reports (Cashflow, Cash Position and Grid Reports), Choose how they are displayed (Tabular view, Pivot table view or Chart view), add RSS feeds, add screens for data capture/update and configure the refresh period for each report.
Bank Statement Reconciliation
This updated version of MyTreasur-e.com now has a feature rich, bank statement reconciliation module.
Within this module, you will be able to
All bank statement records that could not be reconciled are then available within a bank reconciliation blotter for manual matchig if necerssary .
MyTreasur-e.comnow includes a confirmation letter module. Tthis module allows for the upload of Word ™ templates that contain the static information/legal clauses, logos etc required in the confirmation letters. You can also add tags tags to pick up information from a specific screen such as the date of a transaction or an amount when the confirmation is generated by MyTreasur-e.com.
Confirmation letters can be emailed to direct and / or cc'd to yourself
MyTreasur-e.com comes now with a payment module. Within this module, you will be able to create rules so that multiple cashflows can be aggregated and/or netted into payments that you have to make to banks or third parties.
The generated payment data can then be submitted to an approval process/workflow.
Our professional services team can then help you to build interfaces to send the payment data for processing directly to the banks or via your banking platforms.
Automated generation of linked tax cashflows
You can now assign a tax code when capturing cashflows within MyTreasur-e.com. This will allow you to have MyTreasur-e.com generate GST cashflows from example automatically with appropriate cashflow tagging. Any subsequent update and/or deletion of the underlying cashflows will then adjust the linked tax cashflows as required.
Cashflow Allocation/Offset to Projects
You can now allocate/offset cashflows to projects within MyTreasur-e.com. This would allow you for example to reduce the cashflow amounts from the operational payroll buckets and allocate it to a labour capex bucket. This will make it easier to properly segregate and allocate your cashflows into appropriate operating, investing and financing cashflows groups.
Escalating recurring cashflows
You can now specify a % increase or decrease when capturing a series of cashflows to take into accounts the impact of inflation for example.
